Getting Ready for Spring

Well it's officially Spring. My worsening allergies are proof of that :P I found this really great giveaway on Facebook. If you're getting ready to exercise on a regular basis, you might want to sign up for Walk with Walgreens. This is a great new program that lets you track your daily walks and in return you earn rewards. The rewards are coupons for things at Walgreens. It's really innovative too. If you have a pedometer you can enter your steps walked yourself or if you don't you can enter your route on a map and it tells you how many steps you walked. Out of Ink

Ok so I just ran out of color ink the other day and now I can't print anything. Eek no coupons! Anyway, I think that it's a bit suspicious that I ran out of color ink seeing as I only print in black and white. How do you run out of something you never use? Did it dry up...lol. Anyway I ordered some that was an off brand....I'm hoping it isn't horrible. Because I can't afford to keep buying stuff I'm not even using. I wish I had one of those printers from years ago that when you ran out of color you could keep printing until you ran out of black ink. And how does being out of ink affect it's ability to scan things??? I have a Kodak printer and I can't scan anything until I get more ink. Sounds like someone (printer companies) is desperate for money. Oh well. I'm hoping I get it in soon. I wanted to organize some of the recipes I've clipped from magazines but seeing as my printer is being stubborn and won't scan without it's ink I'll just have to wait. Hope you ladies are having a good day :)

Facebook deals

Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up on some of the Facebook things happening.
On Wednesday at 11am CST Skinny Cow Ice Cream will be giving away a "sweet surprise" to the first 700 people to sign up. They won't say what it is but free is always nice. Lots of these giveaways are disappointing because the servers get overloaded but it's worth a shot.
EOS is having a giveaway every Monday until 5/2 of 5000 lotion samples. That makes a total of 20,000 samples being given away. I personally like the way they are doing it too. To make it more fair to those who have trouble getting in on some of the other Facebook offers out there, they have made it kind of into a contest. You enter your email address and then you will be notified if you will receive one.
Also Peeps has posted that they will be re-posting the coupon for chocolate Peeps again soon.
Lately I've had luck with the offers. I got both the Tide 10 pack of stain release and then a sample of Tide with bleach. It's all about being lucky enough to get in at the right time. Well anyway, good luck to all you ladies and have a happy Monday!

Head over to Smartsource to print off a coupon for $1 off of 1 Toaster Strudel. This is a very rare coupon. Normally they are for $0.50/2 or $1/2 so I'd print them now and keep them in your binder for later. I don't expect a great coupon like this to last long so good luck ladies.
