If you're getting ready to exercise on a regular basis, you might want to sign up for Walk with Walgreens. This is a great new program that lets you track your daily walks and in return you earn rewards. The rewards are coupons for things at Walgreens. It's really innovative too. If you have a pedometer you can enter your steps walked yourself or if you don't you can enter your route on a map and it tells you how many steps you walked.
