On April 21st Target is giving away 1.5 million reusable shopping bags at stores across the country to celebrate Earth Day. Each store only has a limited amount so I would get there early to get one if I were you. Too make this even more enticing, 250,000 bags will contain earth friendly samples. There is no purchase necessary in order to receive a bag.
