Are those eggs OK to eat?
If you're like me then you buy eggs on sale and then let them sit til you decide to make them a week after expiration date. I hate when that happens but with a little help from ReadyMade Magazine my dinner plans can sometimes still work out. In the helpful hints section was a tip to tell if your eggs are good or not. First fill a bowl with water then see if your eggs float. If an egg lies on the bottom on it's side. It's good. If an egg stands on it's end on the bottom then it's good, but needs to be eaten soon or hard boiled. If an egg floats, DO NOT EAT IT. It's definitely bad. Hope all you ladies had a great New Years. Truth be told I slept through it but dont tell anyone *wink*
